TThe RAPIDTURN SL ( TM ) series Heavy Duty Slant Bed CNC TURN MILL Centres has been designed to carry out Turning as well as Drilling, Tapping, Reaming, Keyway milling & Gross drilling operations in SAME SET UP, thereby ensuring better accuracy and saving time & cost of setting up jobs on different machines. The Tool Turret holds regular Turning, Threading, Boring tools as well as “ Live Tools “ like Drills, End Mills, Taps, etc, which are driven by a programmable Servo Motor. The Spindle has “ C “ Axis capability and can interpolate with the X and Z axis produce complex profiles. The Spindle can be indexed very accurately and locked rigidly with CNC actuated Hydraulic Disc Brake. |
